Embrace The Delay
A lyric to a favourite worship chorus says “take courage my heart. Stay steadfast my soul. He’s in the waiting.” Waiting usually has such a negative context. We wait in line. We wait for food to cook when we’re hungry. We wait for that test result from the Doctor. We wait on God in our circumstances. All require some level of patience. But what if we embraced the delay? What if we flipped the narrative and decided to find what’s good in the waiting? There so much to learn there. WELCOME TO EMBRACE THE DELAY!
